Commercial Boiler Systems
The latest boliers can lower your energy bills and help you meet your carbon targets
Ideal for new builds or refurbishments, today’s range of high performance condensing commercial boilers can deliver part L gross seasonal efficiencies of around 96%. Though specifying the right unit to meet your needs is essential, it is just the start. To achieve a system that provides optimum performance and maximised energy savings, Clean Air engineers will carefully consider the design of the complete system. For example the flue is likely to use the latest ‘low loss’ headers to ensure optimal air flow balance and condensate management. They will carefully integrate the system within your plant and premises and set up a control and diagnostic system to efficiently monitor and manage the installation.
Wall Hung Commercial Boilers
Convenient and smaller than the traditional boiler, wall hung condensing boilers (available with frames for floor standing if necessary) can be used individually or be combined in multiples to provide an output each of between about 40kW and 150kW. Some offer a condensing performance with up to 109% nett efficiency. Natural gas or LPG fired fully modulating burners will match building loads accurately and ensure efficient energy use. Where modules are combined, sophisticated controls can manage multiple boilers using optimum sequencing and different temperature circuits (for example, underfloor, radiator or hot water) so as to meet demand efficiently.
Floor Standing Commercial Boilers
Floor standing boilers (condensing on non-condensing) can be supplied as independent units or conveniently combined in module ‘arrays’ to provide outputs of up to about 1050kW. With a range of high/low or fully modulating matched burners for natural gas firing, these high efficiency, high capacity units deliver robust and economical performance at a reduced cost to the environment.
Legislation? Clean Air has it covered
All the products we specify meet Part L2A and L2B of the Building Regulations. As important, they also meet BREEAM nitric oxide emission specifications. Like carbon gases, this will become of increasing importance as it is expected that Building Regulations will impose lower limits on NOx in the future.
