Our business will only ever be as good as our staff. Fortunately they are a dedicated and talented bunch. Below we mention a few of the key members who lead engineering, sales and finance, but we want to make a big shout out for every member of our team. You have all been brilliant. Your hard work and dedication has helped keep businesses and key workers who rely on our services up and running during the pandemic. Fact is, never has decent workplace ventilation been more important than now.
Clean Air recognise the necessity to employ and retain the right people so we can do the RIGHT job every time for our clients. That means operating with integrity and care and helping every team member to be their best. Judging by the number of long service awards made, and the success we have enjoyed as a business over 30 years, we must be doing something right!
HVAC Engineering
Our engine room, and a finely tuned place it is
Engineering is led by Nick, a Director of Clean Air. With over forty years HVAC experience, your project is under the supervision of one of the industries most expert eyes.
Reporting to Nick are Project Engineers Richard and Kyle, who oversee a team of seven Service Engineers and eight Installation Engineers. All are fully qualified HVAC professionals who benefit from regular external training and testing to ensure they remain the best in the business. A formidable team indeed, who are not just friendly but also always ready to go the ‘extra mile’.
Sales and Admin

Sales and Administration is headed up by Marie, our Managing Director. From the day Clean Air was founded in 1992, Marie has guided the company with the principles of engineering expertise, absolute customer care and impeccable integrity. These are the cornerstones of the success of Clean Air. We take a great pride that approximately 80% of our business is repeat custom.
Directly supporting Marie, and heading Sales, Survey and Administration, are Andrew and Ben. Our Installations Co-Ordinator is Trish and Service Co-Ordinator is Diana. And in Process Improvement & Systems is Kirstie who ensures Clean Air Group operations run as smoothly as a Swiss clock. Capable hands indeed.
Mention should also be made of Jackie, our super efficient Receptionist.
Finance and Accounts
Seamless support that underpins the success of our business
Finance is headed by Ashley, our Financial Director. Efficient and innovative, Ashley ensures the smooth and efficient running of a modern HVAC company by combining forward thinking strategies and systems; all underpinned by the traditional values of service, support and transparency. Ashley is ably assisted by Andrea and Jo in accounts.
