Full Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period
This offer applies to qualifying HVAC installations that are quoted, ordered, installed, commissioned and paid in full between 29 July and 30 September 2025.
 

2. What’s Included

• For each eligible HVAC unit detailed in your quotation and included in this promotion, Clean Air Group will provide a free 12-month service contract.
• The service contract covers scheduled preventative maintenance service visits only, as specified in your project quotation.
• The full value of the first-year service is itemised and credited in full at the point of sale.
• The service period begins from the date the system is commissioned.
• The promotion is applied automatically — no registration or voucher is required.
• Full service contract terms and maintenance schedules are available on request.
• This offer excludes emergency call-outs, reactive repairs, replacement parts, system upgrades, and any access equipment required to safely carry out servicing.
• All qualifying new installations are also covered by Clean Air Group’s standard 12-month installation and parts guarantee, in line with manufacturer warranties.
 
3. Eligibility Criteria
• The HVAC unit must be quoted, ordered, installed, commissioned and paid in full between 29 July and 30 September 2025.
• The system must be installed, commissioned, and fully paid within the promotion period.
• Installation address must be within 140 miles of Daventry, mainland UK.
• Cancelled, returned, or incomplete installations are not eligible.
 

4. Automatic Contract Renewal

• The free service period forms part of a service contract that automatically renews after 12 months at Clean Air Group’s standard published rate for the same level of service.
• No charge will apply unless the customer accepts and pays for the renewal.
• Customers may cancel at no cost before or after the renewal date, provided payment has not been made.
• If payment is not received or renewal is declined, the contract will automatically lapse.
• There is no obligation to continue beyond the initial 12-month free service contract. 

5. General Conditions
• Offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
• Clean Air Group reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion due to operational constraints, supply shortages, external factors (such as weather or transport disruption), suspected misuse or fraud, or business or policy changes.
• Offer governed by the laws of England and Wales.
